Overview

This program offers the Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy (LJLA) Fellowship Programme, a structured, merit-based leadership development initiative aimed at identifying, training, and empowering young Nigerian professionals with strong leadership potential.

Eligibility

Applicants must be Nigerian citizens.
Must have a minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
Must be between 25 and 35 years of age.
Must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND).
Must have a valid NYSC certificate or exemption certificate.
Public sector applicants within Lagos State must be within Grade Level 8 to 12.
