    Overview

    This programme offers fully funded Master’s scholarships for professionals from eligible African countries to study at top universities in Ireland starting in August/September 2027.

    Eligibility

    • Resident national of eligible African countries such as Angola, Ethiopia, Kenya, Nigeria, and others.
    • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
    • Bachelor’s degree awarded in 2015 or later with a GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.
    • Not currently enrolled in or planning to start a Master’s or higher degree in 2026/27.
    • Able to commence studies in Ireland no earlier than August 2027.
    • Demonstrates leadership, commitment to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and interest in building Ireland-Africa relations.
    • Successful English language proficiency testing (Duolingo or IELTS).
