    Overview

    The Asia Pacific Forum on Women, Law and Development (APWLD) is inviting applications for the South to South Fellowship Programme, which encourages women from diverse backgrounds in Asia and the Pacific to strengthen their leadership experience in regional organizing and women’s rights advocacy.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist the Regional Coordinator in facilitating coordination between leadership and the Secretariat.
    • Provide logistical and administrative support for governance and membership meetings.
    • Support initiatives that strengthen member engagement and leadership development.
    • Document and manage correspondence for Secretariat and governance meetings.
    • Maintain and update the APWLD membership database.

    Requirements

    • Must be a young woman under 35 years of age.
    • Must have 2-5 years of experience in women’s movement work.
    • Strong understanding of women’s human rights and development issues.
    • Excellent English language skills and proficiency in ICT tools.
    • Must have a formal recommendation from an APWLD member or partner organization.

    Benefits

    • Monthly stipend of USD $800 for the duration of the fellowship.
    • Fellowship duration: Minimum of 6 months with the possibility of extension.
