Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard viable businesses to open accounts with the microfinance bank.
• Engage customers to ensure active account use and qualify for credit facilities.
• Grow and manage a healthy loan portfolio.
• Conduct credit assessments by reviewing loan requests and analyzing business data.
• Visit business locations to evaluate operations and understand business turnover.
• Monitor active loan portfolios for timely repayment and account activity.
• Apply credit analysis principles before and after loan disbursement.

Requirements

• Aged 35 years or below.
• Strong analytical skills and communication abilities.
• Capacity to build and maintain relationships with business owners.
• Willingness to conduct field visits within assigned areas.

Benefits
