Field Officer @new incentives across multiple locations

Overview

New Incentives – All Babies Are Equal (NI-ABAE) is seeking Field Officers to expand operations in Nigeria, specifically to prevent child mortality in multiple states. This position is for contingency purposes and to identify candidates for future scaling.

Key Responsibilities

• Enroll beneficiaries at remote public clinics.
• Monitor immunization services.
• Interact with clinic staff and beneficiaries.
• Conduct assessments and assist with related duties.
• Prevent fraud among beneficiaries and health staff.
• Communicate immunization benefits to caregivers.
• Maintain proper documentation and report submissions for immunization days.
• Complete necessary training and comply with security protocols.

Requirements

• Fluency in local languages spoken in Bauchi, especially Hausa.
• Nigerian national residing in Bauchi State.
• Minimum National Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred in health or natural sciences.
• Experience with the Nigerian health system and clinic documentation.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hausa.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel and basic technology.
