    1. Partner Engagement Specialist

    Job Summary

    Support partner engagement, stakeholder coordination, and key FFA initiatives to mobilize private sector and philanthropic investment in forest landscapes worldwide.

    Job Description

    The Partner Engagement Specialist will work closely with the Program & Partner Engagement Manager, managing stakeholder relationships, supporting partner recruitment and retention, organizing events, and developing knowledge assets.

    The role involves coordinating with investors, corporates, philanthropies, and internal teams to achieve engagement targets and facilitate strategic interventions in critical forest landscapes.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage project processes related to investment opportunities and landscape assessments.
    • Support stakeholder management through briefings, tracking actions, and meeting preparations.
    • Maintain and update the FFA partner directory.
    • Organize virtual and in-person events and learning sessions.
    • Contribute to content development and communication materials.

    Requirements & Skills

    • 3-5 years of experience in project management and partner engagement.
    • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
    • Digital proficiency, CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) a plus.
    • Excellent command of English; French, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus.
    • Organizational, research, and analytical skills.
    • Solutions-oriented with strong collaboration and follow-through abilities.

    Lead the identification and development of innovative finance models to unlock private and philanthropic capital for forest conservation and restoration globally.

    Job Description

    The Finance & Innovation Lead will focus on creating enabling conditions for capital mobilization, including developing financial mechanisms, fostering stakeholder engagement, and showcasing investment opportunities.

    The role involves strategic communication, partnership development, and thought leadership to accelerate responsible investment in forest landscapes.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and promote scalable financial models and mechanisms.
    • Profile investment opportunities and communicate via the FFA Hub and events.
    • Develop thought leadership and synthesize knowledge products.
    • Engage corporates, asset managers, insurers, philanthropies, and government actors.
    • Create compelling narratives to attract and sustain investment and partnerships.

    Requirements & Skills

    • 7-10 years of experience in finance, investment, banking, or related fields.
    • Deep understanding of capital structures and blended finance instruments.
    • Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
    • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French, Spanish, or Portuguese is beneficial.
    • Collaborative team player with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
