    Overview

    Re:wild is hiring a Fund Impact Monitoring Coordinator to track and communicate the real-world impact of their endangered species recovery funding.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate with partners and IUCN Red List Authorities for species assessments.
    • Collect and manage data on species status and threats.
    • Maintain a centralized database for monitoring the Fund’s portfolio.
    • Define and develop indicators for meaningful species recovery progress.
    • Monitor project progress through partner coordination and technical report reviews.
    • Produce annual impact reports and maintain data quality standards.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in conservation.
    • Experience in developing conservation impact monitoring systems.
    • Familiarity with Conservation Standards and IUCN frameworks preferred.
    • Experience managing relational databases is preferred.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Commitment to conservation values.

    Benefits

    • Salary range: $70,000 – $80,000.
