Overview
Re:wild is hiring a Fund Impact Monitoring Coordinator to track and communicate the real-world impact of their endangered species recovery funding.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with partners and IUCN Red List Authorities for species assessments.
- Collect and manage data on species status and threats.
- Maintain a centralized database for monitoring the Fund’s portfolio.
- Define and develop indicators for meaningful species recovery progress.
- Monitor project progress through partner coordination and technical report reviews.
- Produce annual impact reports and maintain data quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in conservation.
- Experience in developing conservation impact monitoring systems.
- Familiarity with Conservation Standards and IUCN frameworks preferred.
- Experience managing relational databases is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Commitment to conservation values.
Benefits
- Salary range: $70,000 – $80,000.
