    • Minimum capital investment of at least R100 million (fixed capital, excluding OPEX).
    • Projects must reach the start-of-operation stage by 2026.
    • Investment announcements must have reached the feasibility stage.
    • Companies must provide: Project description, Implementation plan, Supporting project documentation.
    • Commitment to providing quarterly project updates to the Gauteng Growth and Development Agency (GGDA).
