Overview

Save the Children International is recruiting for the position of Gender and Social Inclusion Officer for a national role focused on education and youth empowerment in North West Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the integration of gender and social inclusion across all project activities.
• Provide technical guidance and conduct gender analysis.
• Support advocacy efforts and facilitate capacity building for project teams and partners.
• Contribute to the development of inclusive training materials and strategies.
• Coordinate project activities and support monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning processes.
• Engage with stakeholders to strengthen collaboration and promote inclusive policies.

Requirements

• Degree in social sciences, development studies, gender and development, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in gender and social inclusion programming.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
