Job Title: Operations Fellow
Location: Remote (Global, with priority to candidates from the Global South)

Contract: 8-month independent contractor fellowship (from August 2024 to April 2025), with potential renewal based on funding and mutual agreement
Salary: USD $1,200–$1,800/month (paid upon monthly invoice)
Global Artivism is a movement led by those most affected by injustice, emphasizing the power of arts and culture to promote justice, ecological integrity, and collective liberation.
The movement connects artists, cultural workers, and activists worldwide, fostering infrastructure, relationships, and resources for long-lasting change.
Guided by principles of global majority leadership, South–South solidarity, transparency, and intersectionality, Global Artivism operates with a focus on community-centered, grassroots movement building.
Global Artivism seeks an Operations Fellow for a mentored, time-limited engagement focused on developing organizational infrastructure, systems design, and operational coordination.
The fellow will work closely with the Operations Director to shape operational frameworks, support documentation, and contribute to movement infrastructure, gaining hands-on experience in a global, movement-led environment.
