Among the advertised positions is the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), which represents a significant leadership opportunity within the organization. The foundation is seeking a visionary and servant-hearted leader capable of guiding the institution through its next phase of growth, impact, and sustainability.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction, strengthening organizational performance, and ensuring the continued achievement of Graceworld Foundation’s mission and objectives. The position is based in Nairobi, Kenya, with periodic travel to field sites.
Graceworld Foundation is also recruiting three Program Officers to oversee key thematic areas that directly impact communities across the country.
The Program Officer for Food Security and Nutrition will provide technical leadership and oversee the implementation of integrated food security and nutrition interventions targeting vulnerable households. The role is designed to enhance community resilience and improve household well-being through sustainable solutions.
The Program Officer responsible for Community Health, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), and Environment will coordinate integrated development programs in collaboration with county governments, local partners, and community stakeholders. The position focuses on promoting healthier communities while supporting environmental sustainability initiatives.
The Education and Livelihoods Program Officer will work to expand access to quality education and create sustainable economic opportunities for children, youth, and women in marginalized communities. The role seeks to address social and economic inequalities through inclusive programming.
To strengthen its funding base and long-term sustainability, Graceworld Foundation is also recruiting a Resource Mobilization and Partnerships Officer.
The successful applicant will lead donor engagement initiatives, develop strategic partnerships, and identify new funding opportunities to support the organization’s expanding portfolio of programs. Based in Nairobi, the position plays a critical role in ensuring the foundation can continue delivering impactful services to communities in need.
Another key position is the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Officer role. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and strengthening systems that measure program effectiveness and impact.
The role will support evidence-based decision-making, organizational learning, and accountability across all Graceworld Foundation projects and initiatives. The position is based in Nairobi and includes travel to field locations.
