Overview

This position offers a senior global role within Oxfam’s Integrity Team, focused on strengthening risk governance, accountability, and ethical standards across international operations.

Key Responsibilities

Leading the development and coordination of global enterprise risk management systems.
Overseeing risk reporting processes across affiliates and regions.
Providing strategic analysis of high, emerging, and systemic risks.
Supporting leadership bodies with decision-useful risk insights.
Strengthening organisational assurance frameworks.
Promoting consistency in risk governance across global operations.
Advising on strategic, operational, financial, safeguarding, and reputational risks.
Enhancing risk management culture across teams and functions.
Supporting integration of risk data into organisational decision-making processes.

Requirements

Proven experience in risk management, assurance, audit, or governance roles.
Strong understanding of enterprise risk frameworks and reporting systems.
Experience working in complex, multi-country or global organisations.
Ability to analyse strategic, operational, financial, and reputational risks.
Strong advisory and communication skills for senior leadership engagement.
Experience coordinating cross-functional or cross-regional processes.
Ability to work in values-driven and humanitarian contexts.
