Overview
This position offers the opportunity to contribute to global health equity as a Monitoring and Evaluation Associate, focusing on data management and program performance assessment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support accurate data collection across programs.
- Maintain and update monitoring formats, trackers, and tools.
- Conduct basic qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
- Identify trends and gaps to inform program improvements.
- Prepare regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Document key insights, field learnings, and success stories.
- Create presentations, summaries, and visual reports.
- Organize data for internal and external reporting needs.
- Collaborate with field teams for timely data collection and validation.
- Support follow-ups and data quality assurance.
- Implement feedback from reviews to improve data accuracy.
- Assist in training field staff on data collection tools.
- Participate in review meetings and share observations.
- Contribute suggestions for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Statistics, Development Studies or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and interpretation.
- Familiarity with M&E tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and data management practices.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and solve problems.
- Interest in social impact, community development, and healthcare.
