Key Responsibilities

• HR and Compliance Consultant: Overseeing HR processes, ensuring compliance, supporting policy development, managing risk.
• Board Treasurer: Monitoring financial performance, supporting budgeting, advising on financial strategy, ensuring transparency.
• Grants and Partnerships Lead: Identifying grant opportunities, managing donor relationships, developing fundraising strategies.
• Chair of the Board of Trustees: Leading board meetings, guiding strategic direction, supporting executive leadership.

Requirements

• Experience in nonprofit, finance, partnerships, HR, or governance, suitable for remote work.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
