Project Play is currently recruiting for four fully remote roles, offering professionals around the world the chance to contribute to a mission-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
- HR and Compliance Consultant: Overseeing HR processes, ensuring compliance, supporting policy development, managing risk.
- Board Treasurer: Monitoring financial performance, supporting budgeting, advising on financial strategy, ensuring transparency.
- Grants and Partnerships Lead: Identifying grant opportunities, managing donor relationships, developing fundraising strategies.
- Chair of the Board of Trustees: Leading board meetings, guiding strategic direction, supporting executive leadership.
Requirements
- Experience in nonprofit, finance, partnerships, HR, or governance, suitable for remote work.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
