IFE Call for Proposals 2026: Funding Opportunity for Job-Creating Projects in Côte d’Ivoire, Egypt, and Morocco @Facility Investing for Employment (IFE)

Overview

The Facility Investing for Employment (IFE) has launched its 2026 Call for Proposals to support private sector projects that create meaningful and sustainable jobs while enhancing workforce skills and improving working conditions.

Eligibility

• Individual applicants must be registered legal entities located in Côte d’Ivoire, Egypt, or Morocco, and operational for at least 3 years.
• Consortia must consist of two or more legal entities registered in the project country, Africa, or EU/EFTA countries.

Funding to support job creation, skills development, and improved working conditions in private sector projects.

How to Apply

The IFE uses a two-stage competitive process.

• Stage 1: Submit a concept note via the SmartME platform.
• Stage 2: Shortlisted applicants will submit detailed proposals which may include due diligence reviews.

Application window is open from April 15 to June 30, 2026 (17:00 CEST).
