The Institute of International Education’s Scholar Rescue Fund (IIE-SRF) offers fellowships dedicated to supporting threatened and displaced scholars, allowing them to continue their academic work safely at partner institutions worldwide.
IIE-SRF is open to scholars from any country, field, or discipline, including professors, researchers, and public intellectuals. Applicants must demonstrate a need for relocation due to threats, displacement, or unsafe conditions in their home country.
Applications and inquiries can be submitted via srf@iie.org.
Applications must be submitted no later than April 26, 2026.
