Overview
The Implementation Officer at Moniepoint Inc. plays a crucial role in supporting financial services by ensuring the successful onboarding and adoption of Moniebook POS by retail customers in Jigawa and Taraba.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute structured onboarding plans, defining milestones, timelines, and success metrics.
- Guide customers through Moniebook POS setup and customize configurations.
- Deliver training sessions on product features and best practices.
- Monitor customer adoption and usage, providing support as needed.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide responsive support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Document onboarding progress and customer insights.
- Ensure smooth transition to Account Managers post-onboarding.
- Collect feedback and insights to improve services.
Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in customer onboarding, success, or implementation (SaaS/POS preferred).
- Proven ability to drive product adoption.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
