    Overview

    The Implementation Officer at Moniepoint Inc. plays a crucial role in supporting financial services by ensuring the successful onboarding and adoption of Moniebook POS by retail customers in Jigawa and Taraba.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and execute structured onboarding plans, defining milestones, timelines, and success metrics.
    • Guide customers through Moniebook POS setup and customize configurations.
    • Deliver training sessions on product features and best practices.
    • Monitor customer adoption and usage, providing support as needed.
    • Build strong relationships with customers and provide responsive support.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues.
    • Document onboarding progress and customer insights.
    • Ensure smooth transition to Account Managers post-onboarding.
    • Collect feedback and insights to improve services.

    Requirements

    • 2–4 years experience in customer onboarding, success, or implementation (SaaS/POS preferred).
    • Proven ability to drive product adoption.
    • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
