    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct data entry and maintain internal systems

    • Draft official communications and request letters

    • Develop communication and promotional materials
    • Prepare meeting documents (agendas, reports, participant lists)
    • Coordinate speaker outreach and logistics for events
    • Maintain partner databases (e.g., Salesforce)
    • Assist with scheduling and operational coordination
    • Analyze participant feedback and improve event experiences
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions
    • Support digital tools and platforms for engagement
    • Assist in stakeholder communication and coordination
    • Improve event processes and participant journeys
    • Support logistics such as invitations, registration, and communications
    • Contribute to strategic projects post-AMNC

    Requirements

    • Strong understanding of Chinese government systems
    • Fluency in English and Chinese
    • Strong writing and communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
    • Research and analytical skills
