Key Responsibilities

Rotate across core business areas
Participate in real business projects
Engage in job shadowing and experiential learning
Receive continuous coaching, mentoring, and feedback
Network with professionals across departments
Support Know Your Customer (KYC) processes
Conduct customer due diligence
Monitor and report suspicious activities
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least a Second Class Upper Division
Final year students or recent graduates
Full-time availability for six months
Strong interest in financial services, insurance, and fintech
Curiosity and a strong desire to learn
Proactivity and adaptability
Openness to feedback and continuous improvement
