Overview
The Western Balkans Young Professionals Internship Scheme for Empowerment (WISE) is a flagship initiative aimed at strengthening youth employability, promoting regional cooperation, and addressing systemic challenges affecting young professionals in the Western Balkans.
Eligibility
- Age: Between 20 and 30 years
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; Final-year students or recent graduates may apply with proof of completion
- Citizenship: Must be a citizen of one of the six Western Balkans countries
- Experience: At least two years of professional experience or equivalent involvement in internships, leadership, or community initiatives
- Language: Fluent in English
- Personal Attributes: Strong integrity, motivation, and independence with effective task management
- Application Quality: A compelling personal statement aligned with WISE objectives

Programme Overview
