About the Program

The Investec Navigate Recruitment Experience 2026 provides a platform for early-career talent to explore banking careers without prior work experience.

Participants will engage with professionals, gain real-world insight, and explore potential roles aligned with their interests. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to start their banking career in January 2027.

4. Attend the two-day in-office Navigate experience in September 2026

Client-facing roles: Engage directly with clients, support in Private Banking, Wealth & Investment, or Client Support Centre, building trusted relationships and delivering personalized service.

Operational roles: Focus on banking operations, managing administrative activities like payments processing, client onboarding, account management, and risk investigations.
