    Overview

    The Foundation for Climate Action and Sustainable Development is recruiting a Logistics and Compliance Officer for its operations in Borno State, focusing on climate resilience, sustainable development, and capacity building across Nigeria.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, donor, and organizational standards in operations, programs, and supply chain activities.
    • Develop and monitor compliance policies.
    • Oversee procurement, warehousing, and distribution processes.
    • Conduct audits and risk assessments.
    • Ensure transparency in logistics operations.
    • Provide staff training on compliance and ethics.
    • Review contracts and maintain accurate records.
    • Support reporting to management and donors.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s Degree is an advantage).
    • At least 3 years of experience in logistics, compliance, procurement, or risk management, preferably within NGOs or development organizations.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics systems.
