This opportunity offers applicants the chance to work as a Dispatch Rider / Recovery Officer with Fort Knox Outsourcing, a leading third-party service provider in Nigeria. The role involves debt recovery, customer follow-ups, and ensuring timely repayment of outstanding obligations.

Key Responsibilities

Visit customers for debt recovery and account follow-up.
Negotiate repayment plans with clients.
Maintain accurate records of recovery activities.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
Submit daily and weekly recovery reports.
Adhere to company policies and recovery procedures.

Requirements

Minimum of SSCE or OND qualification.
Ability to ride a motorcycle and possession of a valid rider’s permit (where applicable).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with the assigned location.
Ability to work independently and meet set targets.

Benefits

Monthly salary of ₦175,000.
