A non-profit organization based in Lagos is recruiting a Partnerships and Donor Engagement Lead to develop and manage strategic partnerships and strengthen donor relationships for program growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain partnerships with corporates, foundations, and stakeholders.
Identify and manage donor relationships.
Support grant writing and fundraising campaigns.
Maintain accurate records and reports.
Coordinate events and engagement activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet partnership objectives.

Requirements

Proven experience in partnerships, donor engagement, or resource mobilization.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results effectively.
Residents of Abuja or Lagos preferred, with preference for Lagos-based candidates.
