Overview

Solidarités International (SI) is recruiting for the position of WASH Activity Manager in Mongolia, Borno State, Nigeria. This role focuses on water, sanitation, and hygiene in humanitarian projects.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in project design diagnostics and planning.
Oversee implementation and monitoring activities.
Ensure compliance with operational strategies and donor requirements.
Support team capacity development and training.
Prepare activity plans and supervise field operations.
Handle logistics coordination and apply monitoring tools and indicators.
Manage reporting documentation and communication with stakeholders.
Represent the organization in meetings with government authorities, donors, and partners.
Ensure safety compliance and maintain effective coordination within the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Water/Sanitation Engineering, Geology, or Hydrology.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role and at least 3 years in the humanitarian sector.
Experience in borehole drilling and project implementation.
Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office.
Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
