Jobbermann is inviting applications from motivated, resourceful, and results driven individuals to join its team as Recruitment and Placement Agents across several locations in Nigeria.

Successful candidates will play a key role in connecting jobseekers with employment opportunities by identifying organizations with hiring needs and facilitating effective recruitment and placement processes.

Key Responsibilities

The Recruitment and Placement Agent will be responsible for identifying and engaging employers with job vacancies, scouting the local environment for potential hiring opportunities, and building strong relationships between employers and jobseekers. The role also involves supporting the full recruitment cycle to ensure successful job placements.

In addition, the Recruitment Officer will oversee the administrative operations of the Job Centre. Responsibilities include maintaining records and documentation, conducting CV reviews, providing basic career advisory support to jobseekers, facilitating job matching between employers and candidates, and ensuring an efficient recruitment process.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution and must have completed the National Youth Service Corps program. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, excellent organizational ability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to achieving placement targets.

Remuneration

The position offers a monthly gross salary of 80,000 Naira with additional commission based on performance.

Work Schedule

This is a full onsite role with working hours from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
