🎯 Role Overview

The Territory Development Manager will drive sales growth, expand market presence, and manage customer relationships within assigned territories. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in FMCG sales.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and customer needs
• Implement company sales strategies and business plans
• Execute trade marketing, merchandising, and product display initiatives
• Supervise field sales teams and monitor daily route coverage
• Track and evaluate sales performance of team members
• Identify new business opportunities and close sales deals
• Gather customer feedback and ensure timely resolution
• Submit daily sales reports and performance updates
• Ensure product availability and effective distribution
• Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices

🎓 Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in a relevant field
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in FMCG sales
• At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales tools
• Membership of relevant professional bodies is an advantage
