Matrix Energy Limited is inviting qualified and interested candidates to participate in a short assessment exercise aimed at updating its candidate pool for future recruitment of Station Managers and Station Supervisors across its retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise all station operations
Conduct daily stock scanning, planning, and inventory management
Monitor product discharge and ensure accuracy
Liaise with security personnel and relevant agencies to maintain a safe environment
Build and maintain relationships with statutory and regulatory bodies
Drive sales growth and achieve profitability targets
Implement aggressive marketing strategies to attract new customers
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales/inventory reports
Increase market share through consistent sales efforts

Requirements

Candidates are required for the following positions:

Station Manager: Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operational and sales activities at the station.
Station Supervisor: Supports the Station Manager in the daily operations, supervising attendants, and maintaining operational efficiency.
