The India Leadership Academy for Climate Leaders (ILACL) 2026 aims to strengthen climate leadership within India’s social sector by empowering not-for-profit leaders to address societal challenges and drive climate action.

Eligibility

Tailored for high-potential leaders working within India’s social purpose organisations, particularly in areas such as:

• Biodiversity conservation
• Clean air initiatives
• Water access and restoration
• Waste management
• Climate action and sustainability

Eligible participants are typically part of their organization’s management team and demonstrate a strong commitment to social and environmental change.
