Eligibility

Citizens of an African country
Between 19 and 29 years old
Possess an undergraduate degree with excellent academic results (above 70%) by January 1, 2027
Able to study postgraduate level in English
Demonstrate leadership potential and a commitment to community and continental improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Scholars will pursue a one-year Honours degree or a two-year Master’s degree at a recognized South African institution while participating in a leadership development program. This includes attending week-long residential workshops focusing on ethical leadership, social responsibility, and personal transformation.
