    Internship Positions Available

    1. Marketing & Public Relations Intern

    • Location: Soweto Theatre, Jabulani
    • Reference Number: M&PR/06/2026
    • Key Responsibilities:
      • Develop and schedule social media content
      • Draft media statements, press releases, and newsletters
      • Support event promotions, launches, and activations
      • Monitor media coverage and compile reports
      • Manage media and stakeholder databases
      • Assist in marketing campaigns and PR activities
      • Deliver social media posts and press releases regularly
      • Support promotional events and produce weekly media reports
    • Minimum Requirements:
      • Grade 12 / Matric or N3 Certificate
      • National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or Media Studies
    • Core Competencies:
      • Computer literacy (MS Office, design, social media tools advantageous)
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

    2. Building and Security Intern

    • Location: Soweto Theatre, Jabulani

    • Key Responsibilities:
      • Assist with maintenance, inspections, repairs, and safety compliance
      • Support contractor supervision and facilities management
      • Conduct routine inspections of building systems
      • Report defects and safety hazards
      • Support preventative maintenance and record-keeping
      • Assist with energy and water conservation initiatives
      • Support theatre operations during events
    • Minimum Requirements:
      • Grade 12 / Matric or N3 Certificate
      • National Diploma or Degree in Engineering Studies or related field
    • Core Competencies:
      • Good communication skills in English
      • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and building maintenance
      • Computer literacy (MS Office)
