Meal Assistant @All for Peace and Dignity (APADE)

Overview

All for Peace and Dignity (APADE) is seeking a dedicated candidate for the position of Meal Assistant to support monitoring and evaluation activities in Adamawa State, Nigeria. This position is part of a project aimed at strengthening local food systems and creating job opportunities for youth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation of the project M&E Plan, Logframe, Results Framework, and Indicators Grid.
• Assist in tracking project progress related to youth employment and food value chains.
• Support beneficiary selection verification and profiling.
• Monitor capacity strengthening activities and training reports.
• Assist in deploying data collection tools and support baseline data collection.
• Ensure data quality and assist in data entry and cleaning.
• Support analysis of data to assess outcomes and prepare M&E reports.
• Assist in the training on M&E tools and data collection.
• Coordinate with program teams and stakeholders to share M&E findings.

Requirements

• University degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Agriculture, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Monitoring and Evaluation within NGOs or development projects.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel; familiarity with SPSS or similar is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with field teams and maintain confidentiality.
