Overview

The Nestlé Cultivate: YOUth Mentorship Program is a six-month professional mentorship initiative designed to support young professionals. It connects participants with experienced Nestlé leaders for one-on-one mentorship, skill-building, networking, and career development.

Eligibility

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be between 18 and 30 years old
• Be a young professional, recent graduate, or early-career professional
• Be located in Asia, Africa, or Oceania
• Demonstrate interest in career growth, mentorship, and professional development
