The Mo Ibrahim Foundation Leadership Fellowship Program supports good governance and leadership in Africa, offering aspiring leaders to enhance their professional capacity through unique work opportunities at the African Development Bank.

Eligibility

Must be a national of an African country, residing anywhere in the world.
Not a current or past staff member of the African Development Bank.
No close family relations with any staff members at the Bank.
Age limit: 40 years for men and women; 45 years for women with children.
Must have a minimum of a Master’s degree in relevant fields.
At least 7 years of relevant work experience required.

Benefits

Annual stipend provided by the African Development Bank.
Travel and mission expenses covered by the Bank.
Healthcare and retirement arrangements are the responsibility of the Fellow.
