Overview

This consultancy offers an opportunity to contribute directly to strengthening community resilience systems in Uganda through practical, participatory training. As a Training Facilitator Consultant, you will play a key role in equipping local leaders with the knowledge and skills needed to respond effectively to climate-related risks and improve early warning dissemination systems.

Eligibility

• Proven experience in training facilitation or adult education
• Strong understanding of disaster risk reduction or humanitarian programming
• Ability to deliver participatory, learner-centred training sessions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with diverse community groups
