Overview

This program offers organizations working to bridge divides, strengthen collaboration, and create meaningful social change across communities in the United States a significant funding and capacity-building opportunity through the Connected Futures cohort.

Eligibility

Eligible organizations must:

• Operate in the United States or U.S. territories
• Primarily serve communities within the United States
• Be an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization or have a fiscal sponsor with 501(c)(3) status
• Report annual expenses between $250,000 and $2 million
• Have at least one full-time Social Entrepreneur working approximately 30 hours per week or more
• Have operated their program for at least two years
• Not have received previous funding from New Profit
• Align with New Profit’s strategic priorities

Benefits

Selected organizations will receive:

• A one-year unrestricted grant of $100,000, providing flexibility for operational needs
• An additional $10,000 grant for leadership development
• Strategic advisory support including organizational development, fundraising guidance, and strategic planning assistance
• Opportunities for peer learning and community building through workshops and networking events

How to Apply

Organizations must complete a Discovery Form to indicate interest in the Connected Futures grantmaking cycle. Strong strategic fits will be invited to submit a full application later.
