Eligibility

Individual Applicants:

• Aged 18–35 years
• Proven impact in thematic areas
• Experience in youth activism and project management
• Involved in leadership and community-building
• Valid identification (NIN or equivalent)
• Two reputable referees

Organizational Applicants:

• Registered with Nigeria’s Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) or have a registered partner
• Youth-driven with a focus on sustainable civic transformation
• SCUML certification and relevant legal documentation
• Physical office and corporate bank account
• Demonstrated financial accountability and operational track record
• Two reputable referees

Applicants who have received NYFF funding more than twice will not be prioritized.

Benefits

Small Grant: $1,000 for 100 awards, targeting young activists.

Development Grant: $10,000 for 60 awards, targeting youth-led grassroots organizations.
