Applications are invited for the NNPC / Chevron Nigeria Limited JV National University Scholarship Awards 2020, offered by the NNPC / NAOC / Oando Joint Venture as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• The scholarship is for registered Full Time undergraduates in Nigerian Tertiary Institutions who are currently in their 100 level (admitted in 2019/2020 and 2020/2021 academic sessions).
• Two award categories are available: Host Communities Merit Award (for applicants from NAOC Host Communities in Rivers, Bayelsa, Delta and Imo States) and National Merit Award (for applicants studying Engineering, Geology, Geosciences and Agricultural Science).

Requirements

• Applicants must be registered Full Time undergraduates in Nigerian Tertiary Institutions.
• Applicants must be certified 100 level students at the time of application (admitted in 2019/2020 and 2020/2021 academic sessions).
• Students in 200 level and above are not eligible.
• Current beneficiaries of similar awards from other organizations are not eligible.
• Dependents of NAOC / NAE / AENR NACPFA are not eligible.
• For the Host Communities Merit Award, applicants must be indigenes of NAOC Host Communities in Rivers, Bayelsa, Delta and Imo States.
• For the National Merit Award, applicants must be studying Engineering, Geology, Geosciences, or Agricultural Science.
• Required documents for application include: Passport photograph, School ID Card, O’level Certificate, Admission Letter, Birth Certificate, Proof of Local Government Area of Origin, Letter from Community Paramount Ruler (for Host Communities Merit Award applicants), Letter from CDC Chairman (for Host Communities Merit Award applicants), and JAMB Result.
