Overview

The Forest Future Alliance (FFA) at the World Economic Forum’s Centre for Nature and Climate is expanding its team and seeking passionate professionals to support global forest conservation, restoration, and stewardship initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project processes related to investment opportunities and landscape assessments.
• Support stakeholder management through briefings, tracking actions, and meeting preparations.
• Maintain and update the FFA partner directory.
• Organize virtual and in-person events and learning sessions.
• Contribute to content development and communication materials.
• Identify and promote scalable financial models and mechanisms.
• Profile investment opportunities and communicate via the FFA Hub and events.
• Develop thought leadership and synthesize knowledge products.
• Engage corporates, asset managers, insurers, philanthropies, and government actors.
• Create compelling narratives to attract and sustain investment and partnerships.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in project management and partner engagement.
• 7-10 years of experience in finance, investment, banking, or related fields.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Digital proficiency, CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) a plus.
• Deep understanding of capital structures and blended finance instruments.
• Excellent command of English; French, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus.
• Organizational, research, analytical skills, and solutions-oriented mindset with strong collaboration abilities.
