Requirements
- A minimum of Second Class Upper (2.1) in the first degree, or Second Class Lower (2.2) with relevant industry experience.

- A Statement of Purpose (max 500 words) detailing rationale, relevance to the oil and gas industry, and expected contribution to national development.
- A verified National Identity Number (NIN).
- Lecturers must provide a letter from their Vice-Chancellors confirming no other scholarship benefits.

Interested candidates should apply via the PTDF scholarship portal. Required documents include First Degree Certificate/Statement of Result, NYSC Discharge Certificate, O’Level results (WAEC/GCE/SSCE/NECO with PINs), a recent passport photograph, Local Government Identification Letter, and evidence of membership in relevant professional associations.
