The Anthropocene Alliance (A2), the largest coalition of frontline communities fighting for environmental justice across the United States and its territories, is currently accepting applications for a full-time Policy & Advocacy Fellow. This exciting fully remote opportunity is designed for professionals who are passionate about public policy, grassroots advocacy, climate justice, and community empowerment.
Offering an annual salary of $65,000 plus benefits, this position provides an exceptional opportunity to work alongside one of the nation’s leading environmental justice organizations while helping frontline communities transform local environmental challenges into coordinated policy action.
If you have experience in public policy, advocacy, community organizing, or environmental justice and are looking to make a meaningful impact at a national level, this could be the ideal opportunity.
Anthropocene Alliance (A2) is the largest coalition of frontline communities in the United States dedicated to environmental protection and environmental justice.
The organization currently represents more than 430 member organizations working across the United States and its territories. These grassroots groups are directly affected by climate change, pollution, flooding, mining, environmental degradation, and other environmental challenges.
Rather than working independently, A2 helps unite these organizations, strengthens their collective voice, and supports coordinated advocacy efforts aimed at influencing environmental policies and promoting long-term systems change.
