Key Responsibilities

Design and conduct independent research projects related to security governance and peacebuilding.
Co-organizing an international authors’ workshop.
Co-editing a special issue or academic volume.
Supporting outreach and collaboration within the research consortium.
Participating in outreach initiatives, such as organizing events.

Requirements

A completed PhD in International Relations, Political Science, Sociology, Conflict Studies, or a related field.
A well-defined research profile aligned with project themes.
Excellent English language proficiency; German is not required.
Strong academic writing and publication skills.
Willingness to collaborate across disciplines.
Prior editorial experience (for the second position) is advantageous.
