Overview

The role involves working with various teams at Elastic to implement solutions that drive business value and success for customers. As a Principal Consulting Architect focusing on Observability/Security, the candidate will analyze customer needs and design effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly analyze customer business pain points and complex technical challenges.
• Gather requirements in enterprise environments and create customer roadmaps.
• Demonstrate technical authority in articulating complex solutions.
• Implement capacity planning and perform technical audits and upgrades.
• Guide customers on their Observability journey.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and sales teams.
• Mentor fellow consultants.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in a consulting architect or senior IT leadership role.
• Experience delivering professional services.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead meetings with stakeholders.
• Experience with Elastic Observability solutions or similar technologies.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and Linux.
• Proficiency in programming or scripting languages like Python or JavaScript.
• Willingness to travel as required.
