Overview
The role of Product Support Engineer at UiPath involves providing technical support for UiPath's on-premise products and cloud services to business partners and clients. This position is integral to helping automate various workflows using robotic process automation tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to incidents and technical issues for business partners and clients regarding UiPath products.
- Providing support from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays, from 8 AM to 8 PM, with shifts and compensatory time off for weekend work.
- Leading the consensus among internal teams for resolving client incidents and providing optimal solutions.
- Conducting technical validation of UiPath products.
- Developing and operating AI agents and robots to support automation in the support operations.
- Writing knowledge base articles for external publication.
- Consulting with international development teams regarding issues and solutions.
- Planning, designing, and providing technical support services overall.
Requirements
- Experience in troubleshooting Windows applications (experience with Sysinternals, WinDbg for process and memory dump analysis).
- Experience deciphering network logs (packet captures/communication logs).
- Over three years of software development experience in C/C++, .NET, Java, or Python.
- Experience in supporting software products (preferably SaaS/cloud products or those incorporating LLM/generative AI).
- Native-level Japanese language skills.
- Business-level English language skills (ability to read English documents and collaborate with global product teams).
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
