This role offers an opportunity for professionals passionate about governance, civic engagement, and community impact. As a Programs Officer, you will lead and manage initiatives focused on good governance, civic engagement, and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute governance and leadership programs
Build and manage relationships with stakeholders (government, community leaders, partners)
Drive advocacy efforts and support policy reforms
Monitor, evaluate, and report program performance

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or related field
3–5 years experience in governance, civic engagement, or development programs
Strong program management and reporting skills
Solid understanding of democracy, governance, and youth/women engagement issues
Excellent communication and partnership-building skills
