    Overview

    The Project and Events Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of Just Grace programmes and initiatives, supporting site visits, Airbnb Experiences, office management, and special projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily office operations, including reception and front desk duties.
    • Ensure efficient utilization of office resources to support ongoing programmes and events.
    • Maintain a professional, welcoming, and well-organized office environment.
    • Plan, coordinate, and host engaging site visits to showcase Just Grace initiatives.
    • Assist in organizing and facilitating Airbnb Experiences that highlight self-sustainability projects.
    • Liaise with guests to ensure smooth logistics and professional interactions.
    • Provide administrative and logistical support for strategic projects from planning to reporting stages.
    • Coordinate timelines, track deliverables, and ensure projects are implemented efficiently.
    • Provide operational and administrative support to the Head of Programmes and Business Development Manager.
    • Adapt to evolving organizational needs and undertake additional duties as required.

    Requirements

    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proactive and flexible with a willingness to learn.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • Fluency in English and IsiXhosa.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management.
    • Previous experience in project coordination, office administration, or events management is an advantage.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
