Overview

The Independent Nigerians Project (INP) is inviting applications for the position of Project Director for the Electoral & Good Governance Advocacy Project. This role focuses on improving democratic processes and promoting good governance in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, planning, and execution of the advocacy project
Provide strategic direction and ensure effective project implementation
Manage relationships with stakeholders, partners, and relevant institutions
Oversee project monitoring, evaluation, and reporting processes
Coordinate advocacy campaigns and initiatives focused on electoral reform and governance
Ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to project timelines

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in governance, elections, development, or advocacy-related work
Demonstrated leadership and strong stakeholder engagement skills
Proven track record in project or program management
Sound knowledge of Nigeria’s electoral system and governance environment
