Overview
The ISS is recruiting a Supplier Compliance and Assurance Project Manager to join its global supply chain and procurement function. This full-time, on-site role focuses on managing supplier performance, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with global supplier partners
- Ensure consistent service delivery aligned with contractual scope and quality standards
- Act as a central escalation point for supplier-related issues
- Maintain strong collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Validate supplier performance against contractual obligations
- Monitor and track subcontractor compliance and service delivery
- Conduct audits and performance reviews
- Ensure adherence to ISS and customer supplier control requirements
- Lead and implement assurance programmes across global accounts
- Deliver strategic initiatives related to supplier compliance and performance
- Coordinate supplier onboarding, SLA implementation, and monitoring
- Develop dashboards and automated systems for performance tracking
- Analyse supplier performance and identify gaps
- Track non-performance issues and ensure corrective actions
- Improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including spend under contract, supplier compliance rates, and service delivery standards
- Collaborate with Global Account Directors, Operations and functional teams, Procurement and country-level stakeholders
- Engage with customers to report progress and manage risks
- Build strong relationships across internal and external networks
Requirements
- Experience in supply chain and compliance functions, vendor risk management, SLA and performance monitoring
- Background in facility management or mechanical/technical services
- Strong understanding of supplier assurance frameworks and contract compliance management
- Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and performance dashboards
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong organisational and project management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions
- Structured and detail-oriented approach
- High level of persistence and problem-solving ability
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural, global teams
