Overview

The AIG Public Leaders Programme is designed to strengthen leadership capacity among senior public sector officials across Africa, equipping them with advanced skills needed to navigate complex governance environments.

Eligibility

• Citizens of any African country working in the public sector.
• Positions at Grade Level 13 or above.
• Ages between 35 and 54 years.
• Minimum of seven years of experience in the public sector.
• Letter of Endorsement from their Ministry, Department, or Agency.
