1. Relationship Officers

Location: Port Harcourt
Grade Level: ET – SBO

Job Summary:
Responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing retail customer relationships while driving deposit mobilization, cross-selling banking products, and delivering excellent customer service in line with the bank’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire new customers and grow deposit base (CASA focus)
• Manage customer portfolios and ensure active account usage
• Cross-sell banking products (Savings, Current, Fixed Deposits, cards, e-channels)
• Support consumer lending products
• Ensure proper KYC compliance and regulatory adherence
• Resolve customer issues efficiently
• Support sales campaigns and marketing initiatives
• Achieve monthly and annual performance targets

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline
• 2–4 years experience in banking, sales, or customer service

2. Head of Service Management

Location: Lagos / Abuja
Grade: AM

Role Summary:
A senior leadership role responsible for overseeing IT service delivery, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across all business services.

Core Responsibilities:
• Manage ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.)
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs for service performance
• Drive disaster recovery and business continuity planning
• Manage vendors and service providers
• Lead continuous service improvement initiatives
• Bridge communication between IT and business units

Requirements:
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Professional certifications (ITIL, COBIT, PMP, ISO – added advantage)
• 7–10 years experience in IT Service Management
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

3. Channel Support Officer

Location: Lagos
Grade: ABO – BO

Role Summary:
Ensure smooth operation of digital banking channels including mobile banking, USSD, ATMs, POS, and core banking platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain digital banking systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Manage incidents, releases, and system updates
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams
• Ensure SLA compliance and system optimization

Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3–7 years experience in banking/fintech/application support
• Certifications (ITIL, SQL, Linux, etc.) are an advantage

4. Visual & Media Production Officer

Location: Lagos

Role Overview:
Responsible for creating high-quality visual content including videos, graphics, and multimedia assets to support branding, marketing campaigns, and corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Produce videos, motion graphics, and visual assets
• Design creative content for campaigns and social media
• Support product launches and brand initiatives
• Maintain brand consistency across all outputs
• Manage media asset libraries and track trends

Requirements:
• Degree in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• 2–4 years experience in media production
